What are your candles made from?
All Yates Candle Co. candles are hand poured using 100% soy wax and premium fragrance oils.
Are your candles hand made?
Yes. Every candle and wax melt is hand poured in small batches by our family in San Diego, California.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn times vary depending on candle size and usage. For the best performance, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first use.
Why does my candle look slightly different from the photos?
Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, appearance, and scent are normal. These differences make each candle unique.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available for select orders and events. Please contact us for current availability.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We currently ship throughout the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Are your candles safe around children and pets?
Always use candles responsibly. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
Do you offer custom candles or bulk orders?
Yes. We may be able to accommodate custom orders, gifts, event favors, and bulk purchases. Contact us for more information.
