YATES CANDLE CO. LEGAL NOTICE

All products sold by Yates Candle Co. are handcrafted in small batches using 100% soy wax and fragrance oils.

Candle Safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, flammable materials, and anything that may catch fire. Always burn candles on a heat resistant surface. Trim wicks to 1/4 inch before each use. Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains.

Product Variations

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, appearance, and scent may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Limitation of Liability

Yates Candle Co. shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the misuse or improper handling of our products. By purchasing our products, customers acknowledge that they assume responsibility for the safe use of all candles and wax melts.
